About the position

You will work in home care in Nynäshamn. Our customers are in the local area, and we travel on foot, by bike, or by car.

Tasks

As a nurse assistant with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting customers in their daily lives and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on interventions in a safe and correct manner according to care decisions

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Nurse assistant training
• Class B driver's license
• Experience in home care work
• Good knowledge of documentation and work in the municipality's digital systems and implementation plans
