About the position

You will work in home care in Haninge. Our clients are in the local area, and we get around on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Duties

As an assistant nurse with us, you play an important role in our clients' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the client's independence and quality of life.

Your tasks include:

• Supporting clients in their daily lives and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on interventions in a safe and correct manner according to assistance decisions

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• Assistant nurse training
• Driver's license B
• Experience in home care work
• Good knowledge of documentation and work in the municipality's digital systems and implementation plans
