About the position
As an assistant nurse at Martins Hemtjänst, you work to provide individually tailored care and service based on the client's needs. Tasks may include:
- Personal care
- Assistance with medication and delegated health and medical interventions
- Documentation according to applicable routines
- Support in everyday tasks
- Contact with relatives and home healthcare
- Creating security and social community for our clients

We are looking for someone who
- Is a trained assistant nurse
- Has experience working in home care or elderly care
- Is responsible, flexible and committed
- Has good cooperation skills and a friendly demeanor
- Can work independently and make decisions
- Is proficient in Swedish in speech and writing
- Driver's license B
