Licensed Practical Nurse for Private Gynecological Clinic

We are now looking for a committed and experienced licensed practical nurse for our growing gynecological practice. The role is central to the clinic's daily work and suits someone who enjoys responsibility, patient contact and administrative care flows.

At our clinic you work closely with midwives and gynecologists in a private practice focusing on quality, accessibility and well-functioning care flows.

Duties

Telephone advice and patient contact

Triage and prioritization of patients according to established routines

Managing referrals and administrative care flows

Working in Cosmic and booking systems

Appointment administration and planning of patient flows

Ensuring good accessibility and well-functioning appointment schedules

Reviewing patient lists and checking patients eligible for cytology tests according to routines

Assisting with gynecological examinations and treatments

Preparing examination rooms and managing materials

Laundry and simple practical tasks in the operations

Sampling, packaging, as well as ordering and unpacking materials and supplies

Contributing to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment, including coffee and kitchen duties

Contributing to structure and good overview in daily operations

The position is varied and tasks may evolve over time based on the needs of the operations and your experience

Is a trained licensed practical nurse

Has a warm, professional and welcoming approach

Enjoys patient contact and contributes to a safe and positive atmosphere at the clinic

Is service-oriented and enjoys meeting people in different situations

Contributes to a friendly and welcoming impression for patients and colleagues

Has experience working in a private practice within healthcare

Is well-versed in Cosmic

Has experience in appointment administration and patient planning

Is confident in telephone contact and patient interaction

Has good administrative skills and works in a structured manner

Enjoys responsibility and independent work

Is flexible, solution-oriented and service-minded

Enjoys collaboration and contributing to a good work environment

Experience in gynecology, women's health or clinic work is meritorious
