Job duties: Advanced health and medical care, participation in the delegation process for care staff, general and specific nursing, medical assessments and treatment responsibility so that the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by a physician, establish, review and follow care plans, supervision and advice to care staff in the work team according to the Client's established routines, reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/operational changes, archiving, and staffing the phone care-to-care (vtv), such as assessments, performing prescriptions, wound treatment, sampling, support/guidance for care staff, etc.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license

C1 Swedish

Driver's license B

At least two (2) years of professional experience as a nurse

Worked as a nurse in the last two (2) years and have competence and experience in handling advanced medical technical products including medication pumps, feeding tubes, PEG (replace, cuff, care), sampling, urinary catheters (insert, flush), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-cath (insert needle, take samples), PICC line (dressing change, sampling), blood transfusions, CVK (dressing change, sampling)

Swedish personal identity number to enable issuing a regular SITHS card

Merit

Experience with documentation in Treserva health issues.

Experience working as a nurse in a residential care home for the elderly (SÄBO)
