Tasks: Advanced healthcare, participation in the delegation process for nursing staff, general and specific nursing care, medical assessments and treatment responsibility so that the individual receives the care and treatment prescribed by a physician, establishing, reviewing and following care plans, supervision and guidance to nursing staff in the work team according to the client's established routines, reporting, processing and follow-up of deviations, documentation in various operational systems, participation in improvement work/operational changes, archiving, and staffing phone care to care (vtv) such as assessments, performing prescriptions, wound treatment, sampling, support/guidance to nursing staff, etc.

Requirements:

Nursing license

C1 Swedish

B driver's license

At least two (2) years of professional experience working as a nurse,

Have worked as a nurse in the last two (2) years and have the competence and experience to handle advanced

medical technical products including medication pump, tube, PEG (replace, cuff, nursing care), sampling, urinary catheter

(insert, flush), infusions, injections, mixing drips, Port-a-Cath (insert needle, take samples), PICC line, (dressing change, sampling),

blood transfusions, CVC (dressing change, sampling).

Swedish personal identity number so that we can issue a regular SITHS card

Meritorious

Experience with documentation in Treserva health matters.
