Job duties: Customary duties as a nurse. The work at the unit involves overall responsibility for home healthcare patients and flexibly working with interventions around patients. A day for a nurse in home healthcare includes assessments, contact with relatives, contact with doctors, palliative care, guidance/supervision of other nursing staff, and medication management.

Requirements:

Licensed nurse

Driver's license B

At least 1.5 years of documented clinical experience as a licensed nurse in municipal, private, or regional healthcare acquired within the last 3 years.

Swedish C1

Current knowledge of Cosmic

Meritorious

Current knowledge of Epsilon and/or Signit
