We are looking for a project manager for demolition!

NKR Demolition Sweden AB is now seeking a project manager for demolition for various projects in Skåne. If you have experience in demolition and have good communication skills, this could be the position for you!

NKR Demolition Sweden AB works with demolition, dismantling, asbestos remediation, environmental remediation, cutting, blasting, crushing, and fire remediation. We have a recycling rate of 98% and are market leaders in demolition and recycling.

Job Duties:

We are looking for an experienced and driven project manager for demolition who can lead and coordinate our demolition projects. As a project manager with us, you are responsible for planning, executing, and following up on demolition projects, and you ensure that the work is carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.

The role also includes:

• Leading and planning demolition projects
• Coordinating and communicating with all involved parties
• Managing invoicing, approval, and project scheduling
• Supervising work and delegating tasks
• Being responsible for quality controls and documentation

Projects occur throughout Skåne.

Your Profile:

As a person, you are a natural leader who can motivate and lead teams to achieve their goals. You are careful, structured, and have very good communication skills. You find it easy to collaborate and build relationships. You should be solution-oriented with a strong focus on quality and safety. We also see that you enjoy working, are willing to go the extra mile, and thrive in a role with a lot of responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a project manager in demolition or related fields
• Fluent Swedish or another Nordic language and English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license B
• Certification in Bas-U/Bas-P
• You should be knowledgeable in construction and environmental legislation, including work environment laws and safety regulations
