Predire Testcenter is a privately owned company founded in 1995. We are an accredited test institute working with several industries, including automotive, aviation, power, electronics, and medical technology.

The head office is located in Sölvesborg, and we have additional test centers in Olofström, Gothenburg, and Grevenbroich, Germany.


About the Position

We are now looking for a Test Engineer / Test Technician to be based in Sölvesborg who wants to strengthen our team.

In this role, you are responsible for the entire process, from customer inquiry to final test report. You work closely with both customers and internal resources and play a key part in ensuring quality and delivery in our projects.


Job Duties

Your main tasks include:

· Interpreting and understanding customer test inquiries

· Reading, understanding, and performing tests according to quotes, standards, drawings, test codes, and technical regulations

· Building test fixtures

· Preparing test samples

· Compiling results and writing clear and professional test reports

· Performing maintenance and minor repairs on our equipment

You will handle multiple concurrent projects at our various test facilities for customers both in Sweden and internationally, which demands high levels of structure, prioritization ability, and communication.

Your Background and Personality

Qualifications

· Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

· Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Valid driving license (B category) required

· Non-smoker and drug-free, with full color and smell senses required


Meritorious

· Experience in PLC programming

· Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

· Experience with low and high voltage work

· Technical education or equivalent experience in testing, trials, and simulations
