Production Technician - Development

In the role of production technician, you will work with support and development of the production process with increased focus on producibility, optimized production flows, and review and improvement of machines and equipment.

Concretely, the tasks involve

· Working with continuous improvements of equipment and processes in the form of design solutions, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance of processes.

· Implementing product changes and establishing work instructions.

· Specifying needs for tools and fixtures and commissioning new equipment.

· Providing technical support to assembly staff in assembly work.

· Being responsible for contact surfaces both internally and externally.

You are structured, clear, and have high specialist knowledge in production technology and experience with complex products. You enjoy working in a team and can manage yourself in your daily work. We would like you to have

• Relevant academic education specializing in production technology or other post-secondary education combined with good experience.

• At least three years of relevant work experience from the manufacturing industry.

• Good communication skills in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

• Good insight into and experience of production and production processes.

• Knowledge of composite technology and experience in automation is meritorious.

• You have knowledge and experience of working with Lean Production.
