Personal assistants wanted for a 5-year-old girl, full-time nights

Molnet Personal Assistance is a service provider for individuals entitled to personal assistance according to LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and great commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are now looking for an assistant for night work, for a charming and playful little girl who will soon be 5 years old. She lives together with her mother, father, and two brothers in central Sollefteå. She attends preschool and has her assistants with her there during the day. When she is not at preschool, the assistants are with her both at home and during various activities that the family does together. She cannot breathe normally and therefore has a tracheostomy inserted, and due to feeding difficulties, she has a gastrostomy (button on the stomach).

You can be male or female; age is less important. What matters is that you are calm, orderly, reliable, patient, and responsible. You must be smoke-free and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Knowledge of track, PEG button, inhalation, and breathing machine is a plus but by no means a requirement.

You will need to provide an extract from the Police Criminal Record Register; this is mandatory as the girl is a minor. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability during recruitment.

An introduction is always provided at the start of the job where you will learn everything you need to know. We want you, as an applicant, to intend to work with the girl long-term. Working hours will be 12 hours, with double assistance, scheduled at night, from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
