Do you want to create safety and support for women with complex needs?
Just outside Uppsala in a nature-rich setting, we are now opening our group home for women.
We are looking for housing support workers for our group home for women under the LSS act. The work is meaningful and places high demands on professionalism, empathy, and structure.
Job Duties
- Provide daily support based on individual implementation plans.
- Create a safe and respectful environment focusing on women's specific needs.
- Handle challenging situations with calm and professionalism.
- Document according to current routines.
The work includes day, evening, weekend work, and sleeping on-call duties according to schedule.
About You
The position requires that you have relevant education, such as the Health and Social Care Program or vocational higher education in social pedagogy, psychiatry, or similar. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and a valid driver's license (B). It is an advantage if you have specialist training in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry, training in CBT, or knowledge of trauma and trauma-informed care. If you have experience working with women with complex issues, such as neurodevelopmental disorders, mental illness, or addiction, we also see that as a plus.
We are looking for someone with personal maturity and the ability to handle stress and conflict situations. You have physical and mental endurance, as the work can occasionally be demanding. As a person, you are respectful and have a professional demeanor. Additionally, you can work both independently and in a team.

Requirements
