About the position

Galaxen Bygg's vision is sustainable working life in the construction sector. We contribute to health and skills in the construction sector by matching for jobs, supporting during induction and rehabilitation, and educating within work environment and health. We are now looking for a coordinator, school educator, and educator for Gotland, based in Visby. As a coordinator in recruitment/rehabilitation with us, you will have the opportunity to work and develop in both of our business areas: recruitment and rehabilitation, as well as the work environment and health.

The role involves creating and maintaining good relationships with both companies and collaboration partners. You will build networks, hold information meetings, be responsible for various types of agreements, and follow up on people in their employment. Most of your working time will be spent with customers and collaboration partners to support, inform, follow up, and educate – all aimed at contributing to skills supply and sustainable working life in the construction industry. Part of your working time will be spent at upper secondary schools informing about workplace environment, safety, and health in construction and plumbing classes.

We sell training courses to companies in workplace environment, which means that the training sessions held on Gotland will be conducted by you.

Since the work involves spending a lot of time with our customers and collaboration partners, you need to have a driver's license and access to your own car. You will have overall responsibility for destination Gotland but will have colleagues on the mainland with whom you will have continuous contact and will be part of our Northern region.

About Galaxen Bygg

We operate in two areas:

• Recruitment & Rehabilitation: We facilitate the rehabilitation work for managers, HR, and employees by identifying needs, coaching, planning, and following up. We also help individuals find suitable jobs and employers find the right skills in the construction sector. We create opportunities for customized employment for people with disabilities who have a background in construction.
• Work Environment & Health: On behalf of the industry, we offer training and lectures on, for example, Organizational and Social Work Environment (OSA), Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF), and Ergonomics. We also meet all students in the construction and plumbing programs at upper secondary schools each year to inform them about workplace environment, safety, and health.

Location: Visby with the entire Gotland as work area

Type of employment: Permanent employment at 50-75% with a 6-month probationary period. The salary range for this position is SEK 37,000 – 39,000 (for a full-time position) depending on experience. The position may in the long term lead to an increased employment percentage.
