Temporary work supervisor for DeVebo Omsorg – Daily Activities in Uppsala

Do you want to make a difference? DeVebo Omsorg AB operates a LOV-procured daily activity center in Uppsala under its own management. We have 57 places for individuals within person group 1 according to LSS and work based on our core values: joy of work, community, and individual development.

We are now seeking two committed work supervisors to support our participants in their daily occupations.

About the operation

About the position

As a work supervisor, you support participants in their occupation and create a safe and developmental environment. The role requires structure, flexibility, patience, and a pedagogical approach. You need to have good communication and collaboration skills and be able to work low-arousal.

Qualifications

✔ Requirements:

• Upper secondary education in Child and Recreation Programme, Health and Social Care Programme or equivalent
• Experience working with the target group
• Good Swedish in speech and writing

✔ Meritorious:

• Knowledge of TAKK or AAC
• Class B driver's license
