We are looking for an employment support worker with operational responsibility for our operations in Barkarby and Stockholm City. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of development and working closely with employees, colleagues, and the business community.

The operations are carried out at IKEA Barkarby and IKEA City, where employees have the opportunity to try different work areas and tasks, and in collaboration with the rest of the business community, where employees work according to individual goals. As the operational manager and employment support worker, you will work alongside employees, colleagues, and coworkers at IKEA and other companies. A major focus is on individual development and the opportunity for independence. We actively work with evaluation, goal follow-up, and a clear future vision. We value good cooperation with the companies we work with and their employees, which requires an active outreach approach. The work is carried out based on the individual's wishes, strengths, and needs, which requires constant change and adaptation.

Operational responsibility means leading the operations towards set goals and ensuring that the operations are conducted according to applicable laws and regulations as well as CONEXI's guidelines. You have personnel responsibility for your team, which includes conducting salary and employee development reviews, responsibility for the team's competence development, and delegated work environment responsibility. You create the conditions to drive the operations' processes and development together with your colleagues. CONEXI is a flat organization where we all are essentially employment support workers with focus on the target group. We highly value cooperation and lack of prestige and learn from each other.

Qualifications for the position:

Experience with autism spectrum disorder / neuropsychiatric disabilities

Education as a social worker, occupational therapist, pedagogue, or other equivalent university education is a requirement. Your educational background must correspond to the formal requirements for being a license holder for LSS operations according to IVO and the municipality's contracts.

Education in social law is a requirement.

You need at least 12 months of documented prior experience in leadership assignments within LSS and/or care.

You need at least 3 years of experience with the target group.

You must be proficient in documentation in digital systems and working with the Office package.

A valid driver's license (B category) is desirable.

You have the ability to plan and carry out your work independently but in collaboration with colleagues, participants, the business community, and authorities. You are stimulated by working in processes, towards set goals, and contributing to people's development. As a person, you are proactive, independent, solution-focused, and responsible.

Working hours/Duration

Permanent position with start as soon as possible / by agreement.

Full-time 100%, daytime Monday to Friday.
