Treatment Educator/Co-resident

We are looking for summer substitutes!

Östagården HVB's target group is boys 15-20 years old with risk/misuse, addiction, social difficulties, and emerging criminality. We work based on CBT with elements of the 12-step approach. We are located outside Tärnsjö in a wonderful work environment, within walking distance of the lake, football field, mini-golf, etc.

We are looking for staff with education/experience who want to work extra. We offer day shifts, 24-hour shifts, and weekend shifts.

We have a good, stable regular staff group with the same goal: to offer each individual quality treatment in a safe environment. With us, relationship building starts on day one. We work based on our core values: Respect, Care, Structure - R.O.S.

You will receive a thorough introduction where we go through our structure, routines, and frameworks as well as each individual's problems and conditions.

We are spoiled with our own housekeeper who cooks from scratch, and we have pedagogical meals, which means all staff on duty eat together with our young people.

You participate in daily tasks such as day and weekly planning, sit in on or lead groups, and have individual conversations with the young people and support them based on their needs. Everything we do is documented in our journal system.
