Personal assistant - full-day shifts

Personal assistance is a support measure according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).

The role of a personal assistant demands a high ability to create good relationships.

Therefore, we are looking for someone who is perceptive, committed, and responsible.

It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are looking for a perceptive and empathetic person who can assist a man in his 50s in his daily life and home. Being resourceful and creative will make the work easier.

We are a team, but the work is performed independently, so you must be responsible.

You will receive an introduction period before the job starts, so no specific training is required for this role.

You will work in the client's home, which is located in the countryside outside Svalöv. We have smoke-free working hours.

A driver's license and car are not required for the work but can make it easier to get to the workplace. Public transportation is available but about 1.5 km away.

Working hours are:

3-4 full-day shifts (8:30-8:30) per month or alternatively 6-8 day/night shifts (8:30-4:30 PM / 4:30 PM-8:30 AM)

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
