Full-time personal assistant wanted for a happy and active boy

We are now looking for several full-time personal assistants for a wonderful boy with a lot of energy, joy, and curiosity about life.

He is a happy and lively kid who spreads warmth around him. With his playful personality and great interest in what is happening around him, he enjoys activities, excursions, and being involved in everyday life. He thrives when things are happening and appreciates people who offer security, care, and positive energy.

The boy has personal assistance around the clock and primarily needs supervision related to tracheostomy, but also support and help in his daily life based on other needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is confident, attentive, and has the ability to create calm and safety while also contributing joy, playfulness, and engagement.

As a personal assistant, you become an important part of his everyday life and are there to create security, joy, and opportunities for him to develop and have an active life.

We are looking for someone who:

• Likes being active and doing things
• Finds it easy to collaborate with family and colleagues
• Can work independently and take initiative

Experience in personal assistance is meritorious, but personal suitability and a willingness to learn are most important. You will receive an introduction and the training needed to feel secure in your work.

• Working hours vary between day, evening, night, and weekend
• Start date according to agreement
• Introduction and onboarding are provided
