Cleaning Staff - Full-time and Part-time

We have grown a lot in a short time and now need to strengthen our team with more employees as the demand for our services is high!

Cleanwise is a local Östersund company that has been performing cleaning services for private individuals and companies since 2011.

Our main assignments are home cleaning, service tasks, move-out cleaning, laundry, window cleaning, office cleaning, as well as some snow removal and lawn mowing.

We are strongly focused on the customer's wishes and always strive for personal contact.

We have a collective agreement and want our staff to have influence in their work. For those who want to develop further, there are good opportunities to take on more responsibility and own tasks. Our employees experience great variety in their work tasks. We are currently looking for a cheerful and positive person.

We are currently looking for the following staff:

• Full-time
• Part-time
• Extra staff (Weekdays, evenings, or weekends)

Requirements are;

- Clean criminal record (We always check the criminal record registry)

- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish

- Driver's license B

- Good physical condition

- Stress-resistant and team player

Meritorious but not required are;

• Previous experience in cleaning for private individuals and/or cleaning education such as SRY, PRYL, etc.

This employment can be either a casual employment or a permanent employment depending on agreement.

Description of the work tasks:

The main work tasks are home cleaning and service tasks.

Home cleaning is cleaning carried out at customers' homes.

Service tasks are assignments within cleaning, purchasing, and delivery of laundry for people granted home care services.

Initially, you will receive an introduction to the work where you learn how to perform your tasks and feel secure in your role. After that, you will start carrying out assignments.

Additional tasks and responsibilities for the right person:

For the right person, there are great opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow career-wise. Available tasks may include recruitment, work management, various operational responsibilities, etc. Indicate in your application if you are interested in this.

Normally, working hours are 08:00-16:45 Monday to Friday, with occasional earlier mornings or evening work possible once a month by agreement. For those with a car, a schedule with greater flexibility can be arranged.

Optional; if you want extra work, there are good opportunities for evening and weekend work.
