Primary School Teacher F-6

Kronobergsheds School is a small school located in the middle of nature with a warm community. We place great emphasis on personal contact, care for each individual, and teaching children to treat each other well. We have about 60 students aged 6-12. We also have after-school care. The students are divided into grades F-1, 2-3, 4, and 5-6. Our teachers are licensed, and we have a chef who cooks all our food.

The school is run by the board of Kronobergsheds School ek förening, which means that every krona of the school grant goes to the students' well-being. Each year there is an annual meeting for all members, where the board responsible for the upcoming year is elected. Like all independent schools, our school is under the supervision of the Swedish National Agency for Education and has received positive assessments in the Schools Inspectorate reports.

It is everyone's responsibility, both students and adults, that the school's vision permeates daily operations. Right now, we are looking for a qualified primary school teacher F-6. We are looking for someone with qualifications in sloyd, home economics, and physical education. Preferably with special education training.

You are driven and appreciate the small school and the proximity to forest and nature, and you utilize this in your pedagogical work. You will work closely with colleagues at the school, and together you work for the best of the students.

As a person, you have a conscious pedagogical approach, good communication skills, and take responsibility for qualitative work at the school. You are confident in your professional role and are clear with students, parents, and colleagues. We place great emphasis on collaboration within the team, so it is important that you are a solution-oriented team player and find it easy to collaborate.

The role of teacher will also include time to work in after-school care. This includes opening and closing the after-school care. We would like you to have an interest in outdoor life.

You must have a driver's license, as bus driving is included in the position.
