Bollerup Agricultural Institute and Nature Resource Upper Secondary School is an independent upper secondary school offering the Natural Resource Programme with specialisations in Horse Husbandry and Agriculture. About the position

We are developing our agricultural profile and are now looking for a new colleague to join our team.

We are seeking a vocational teacher in natural resources with a specialisation in farm animals, full-time.

The teaching includes both theoretical and practical aspects of agriculture together with our upper secondary students.

Job duties

The role includes, among other things:

• planning and conducting teaching in the agricultural specialisation
• supervising students in both practical and theoretical aspects
• contributing to the development of the education and learning environments
• collaborating with colleagues in both school and practical operations

Teaching areas

• Farm animals – theoretical and practical
• Natural resources
• Outdoor days with students on farms
• Practical elements in the diploma project with a focus on farm animals

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with expertise in agriculture and an interest in working with young people's learning.

You may have various backgrounds, for example:

• teacher training in natural resources or a related field
• professional experience from agriculture or related operations
• experience in education, supervision, or management

A teaching license is meritorious but not a requirement for the position.

We place great emphasis on professional competence, pedagogical ability, and a willingness to contribute to students' development.
