Are you a dedicated and responsible person who is passionate about swimming and water safety? Then you might be who we are looking for!
Wille's Swim School is an organization that works to increase swimming proficiency and water safety for both children and adults. We are now seeking swimming teachers who want to make a difference by teaching life-saving skills in a pedagogical and inspiring way.
Don't have a swimming teacher certification? No problem, if you are the right person for our organization we will train you to become a swimming teacher with a certification from the Swedish Lifesaving Society.
About the role
As an employee with us, you are responsible for conducting swimming lessons for different ages and levels. You create a safe, positive, and developmental environment where participants can progress at their own pace.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has good swimming ability and feels confident in water.
- Is pedagogical, patient, and responsible.
- Enjoys working with children and/or adults.
- Has good collaboration skills and a positive attitude.
- Is 18 years or older.
Previous experience in swimming instruction or leadership is meritorious, but not required – we value the right attitude and willingness to learn.
