Autolane AB continues to grow within MC – and we are now looking for an engaged and driven Service Advisor for motorcycles who wants to become a key person in our workshop.

This is the role for you who are passionate about customer service, structure, and motorcycles. You will be the hub between customers, technicians, and management – and play a crucial role in creating a smooth and professional experience from first contact to a completed motorcycle delivery.

Your role with us

As a Service Advisor MC, you will among other things:

  • Receive customers and be the company's face outward
  • Plan and coordinate work in the MC workshop
  • Have daily contact with technicians, customers, and management
  • Book service, repairs, and troubleshooting
  • Order spare parts and ensure efficient workflow
  • Handle warranty and complaint cases
  • Follow up on work and keep customers updated throughout the process
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service
  • Contribute to the development of routines and improvement of the customer experience



We are looking for you who

  • Have experience from workshop, service, or customer reception
  • Have a great interest in motorcycles
  • Are organized, solution-oriented, and responsible
  • Enjoy customer contact and a fast pace
  • Are communicative and good at building trust
  • Like juggling many balls without losing structure
  • Want to develop together with a company in strong growth



Meritorious

  • Experience from the MC industry
  • Technical understanding of motorcycles
  • Experience in spare parts handling or workshop planning
  • Experience with diagnosis or workshop systems
