Norwegian-speaking Customer Advisor

We at Consort Nordic are now helping our client find Norwegian-speaking customer advisors for a growing initiative.

About the role

You will work with customer contact through both inbound and outbound calls and emails. The role involves making contact, understanding needs, and booking meetings or next steps in the process.

A large part of the work involves handling incoming inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner, while actively following up and creating new contacts.

This is a role for someone who thrives in dialogue with people, enjoys a fast pace, and is motivated by making a difference in every interaction. Sales and customer service are a natural part of everyday life.

You become part of a team where drive, collaboration, and development are in focus, and where you receive support and coaching along the way.

We are looking for someone who

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian, or has previously worked with Norway and has a good understanding of Norwegian without problems
• Is social, communicative, and confident in customer contact
• Enjoys both inbound and outbound calls
• Has an interest in sales and/or customer service
• Is driven, curious, and wants to develop
• Enjoys environments where a lot is happening and where not everything is fully built

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement — the most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
