Yippo is Stockholm's party store with a wide range of party decorations, balloons, costume outfits and accessories for all celebrations and themed parties. We help individuals, companies and event organizers create memorable moments – from children's parties and graduations to Halloween and weddings.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of store assistant at Yippo, you will:

• Welcome and assist customers in the store

• Help customers find the right products for their party or event

• Handle cash register work and payments

• Restock shelves and keep the store tidy and inviting

• Manage incoming deliveries and inventory

• Professionally handle returns and complaints

• Participate in decorating and window displays

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Requirements:

• Speaks and writes Swedish fluently

• Has a strong service mindset and a genuine interest in customer interactions

• Is self-motivated and can run the store independently without supervision

• Takes responsibility and initiative when needed

• Is responsible and meticulous in their work

• Can work at a fast pace, especially during peak seasons

• Is flexible and can work evenings and weekends when required

Meriting:

• Previous experience in retail work or customer service within specialized retail

• Experience working independently in a store

• Knowledge of English, preferably additional languages

• Interest in parties, decorations or events
