Damage Supervisor at Sandströms Center

About the position

We are now strengthening our facility in Spånga with a supervisor as the previous supervisor is moving internally. You will work closely with the site manager and another supervisor, and of course the technicians, currently 7 on the damage side.

You will be responsible for the entire chain from first customer contact to invoicing and can influence the results together with your colleagues.

Examples of common tasks include:

• Damage inspection and calculating estimates in Cabas.
• Planning, distributing, and following up on work.
• Creating work orders and invoicing.
• Contact with both customers and insurance companies.
• Spare parts ordering and inventory management.

We are looking for someone who

• Has previous experience in the automotive industry.
• Has worked or works as a damage technician and wants to take the next step.
• Has good experience with the Office package.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have experience with Cabas and have a C driving license, but not required. It is also meritorious if you have previous experience as a supervisor or damage estimator.
