About the Role

As a car rental agent, you have a central role in the business and are responsible for the entire rental flow. The role is both operational and business-oriented, where every decision affects customer experience, results, and flow.

The work includes among other things:

• Customer contact via phone and email
• Booking, handling, and follow-up of rentals
• Pricing and invoicing
• Matching the right car to the right customer
• Independent decisions in daily work
• Active work to optimize the business in every rental
