Do you want to work with modern SaaS solutions and help companies develop their sales?
We are now looking for a driven and business-oriented Sales Effectiveness Consultant for a growing international tech company with offices in Stockholm.
You will work closely with companies that want to improve their B2B sales and streamline their sales processes through modern digital tools and consultative selling.
About the role
In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs analysis to closing and handover to the Customer Success team. You work with both incoming leads and active prospecting, and build long-term relationships with customers and partners across Europe.
You will become part of an ambitious and international team where collaboration, development, and business value are key.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
- Conduct needs analyses and sales presentations
- Handle both cold and warm leads
- Build and develop partner relationships
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handovers
- Work strategically with the sales team to achieve set goals
- Present modern solutions to CEOs, sales managers, and decision makers
We are looking for you who have
- At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience in SaaS sales
- Experience in business dialogues with decision makers and management teams
- Technical curiosity and comfort with modern digital tools
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
- A strong interest in personal development and sales
Experience with CRM systems and understanding of modern sales processes are meritorious.
