Description

We are now looking for an Account Executive for an established Swedish SaaS company that offers a platform for digital communication and marketing automation.

The solution is used by over 700 organizations in Sweden and helps customers move from manual mailings to automated, structured, and data-driven communication via email, SMS, surveys, events, and customer journeys.


About the role

  • In this role, you are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal.
  • You work with both new and incoming leads and drive deals together with the SDR team, marketing, and other sales colleagues.

The role is suited for someone who wants to work with complex B2B sales in a structured and result-oriented environment.


Responsibilities

  • Drive the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Conduct discovery calls with decision-makers
  • Hold product demonstrations and sales meetings
  • Prepare quotes and contract proposals
  • Actively manage your own pipeline in CRM
  • Follow up and develop deals over time
  • Build long-term customer relationships


We are looking for someone who

  • Has 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS
  • Has experience driving deals from start to close
  • Is comfortable working structuredly with CRM and pipeline management
  • Enjoys prospecting and contacting new customers
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written


Meriting

  • Experience with complex sales involving multiple decision-makers
  • Experience with digital services, CRM, or marketing automation
