Salesperson for Nordpolen Energi – Attractive Remote Work

Are you a driven and goal-oriented salesperson looking to work remotely?

We at Nordpolen Energi are growing and are now seeking engaged salespeople who want to help private individuals and companies invest in solar panel systems, battery systems, and roof replacements.

As a salesperson with us, you work from home and are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closed deal.

You will receive concrete customer inquiries that you contact by phone. You schedule and conduct phone meetings where you develop a solution tailored to the customer's conditions and needs. After that, you create and send a quote and follow up on the deal until it is closed.

You work towards clearly set goals and have great opportunities to influence both your own salary and the company's development, as you work closely with management daily.

Your responsibilities

• Contact incoming customer inquiries to schedule phone meetings
• Conduct phone meetings and present solutions for solar panel systems, battery systems, and roof replacements
• Develop and send quotes based on the customer's conditions and needs
• Follow up and drive deals to completion
• Work towards set goals and contribute to the team's collective results

We are looking for someone who

• Is independent, driven, and goal-oriented
• Enjoys working from home and can take personal responsibility
• Has good communication skills and enjoys building customer relationships
• Is proficient with computers and fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has previous sales experience (required)

• 100% employment with a 6-month probationary period, followed by permanent employment
• Base salary plus commission
