We are now looking for someone who wants to take overall responsibility for two supported housing units and help develop an operation that makes a difference – every day.

About the role
As operations manager, you lead and develop the quality of the operations in a pedagogical and business-oriented manner. For us, it is important that you are active and present in the operations – that is how you ensure that our values, agreements, and applicable legislation are adhered to in daily work.
You build and develop relationships with employees, residents, and relatives, while also collaborating effectively with relevant authorities. You report to the board, are part of the management group, and have full budget and profit responsibility for the operations.
Your role with us
As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for two units and work with a clear helicopter perspective. You drive development, create structure, and ensure quality – while staying close to the operations.
You become a key person in:

- ensuring quality, safety, and continuity for the residents

Qualifications
- Good Swedish in speech and writing (minimum level B)
- Driving license B
- Good IT skills
Extra plus if you have
- Experience with Infosoc (journal, deviations, quality)
- Experience with Visma (finance/accounting)
- Knowledge of finance and budgeting
- or
- Experience in property management
