Primagruppen is a non-profit organization that works with rehabilitation from addiction and social exclusion through housing, work, and community. Our work is based on empowerment – that people, with the right support, can regain control of their lives.

Krinolinen is our supported housing in Fruängen – a vibrant and dynamic facility with space for approximately 64 people. Here, a sober and drug-free living environment is offered where residents actively participate in daily operations, creating structure, responsibility, and strengthened self-esteem.

We are now looking for a manager who wants to lead this operation forward – with a focus on quality, stability, and development.

About the role

As manager at Krinolinen, you have operational responsibility for the unit. You lead the daily work and ensure that the operation functions stably with high quality.

You are a present leader who works closely with both staff and residents, and creates structure, clarity, and peace at work in a fast-paced operation with high engagement.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute daily work
• Ensure quality and structure in the operation
• Staff responsibility and supervision
• Documentation, follow-up, and quality work
• Collaboration with authorities, residents, and relatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work (minimum requirement)
• Good Swedish in speech and writing (minimum level B)
• Driver's license B
• Good IT skills
