Operations Manager at Anero HVB & Outpatient Care – Stockholm
Do you want to be part of building new operations in an expanding company?
Anero is now seeking an operations manager to take a key role in our continued development within HVB (residential care) and outpatient care in Stockholm.
About Anero
Anero is a family-oriented and value-driven company where quality, commitment, and long-term thinking are key. Our guiding principles are Respect, Commitment, Responsibility, and Flexibility, forming the foundation for how we lead, collaborate, and conduct our operations. They shape our approach in interactions with those we serve, our employees, and our partners—and guide both everyday decisions and long-term development.
Today, we operate HVB Grindstugan, while also being in the startup phase of several new operations. Much is under development—from structures and work methods to content and organization. For someone who wants to be involved early and influence, shape, and build operations from the ground up, this is a highly attractive opportunity.
We work with short decision-making paths, close collaboration, and a clear focus on sustainable quality.
