Lead and develop the member association of the future

Do you want to lead and develop Maskinring Z economic association? We are looking for a dedicated and business-driven CEO who wants to build the future together with us and our member companies, many of whom operate in the agricultural sector. With us, you become a key person in driving a modern, efficient and profitable association with a strong sense of community. Maskinring Z operates in Jämtland and Härjedalen with an office in Östersund.

About the role

As CEO, you are responsible for managing daily operations, developing the organization and creating an open and positive culture. You work closely with the board and ensure that processes and routines function throughout the association. Extensive contact with member companies and customers in the field is included.

Responsibilities

• Lead the association's work
• Develop business and maintain existing collaborations
• Implement board decisions and follow up on goals and projects
• Ensure everyone follows common routines
• Manage administration, contracts, public procurement and quality assurance
• Lead staff

Who are you?

• At least 5-10 years of experience in leadership and change management
• Good financial understanding and knowledge of contracts and law
• Communicative, humble and skilled at building team spirit
• Driver's license (B) required
• Experience from the agricultural sector and an economic association is an advantage
