Operations Manager for Supported Housing

CL Home Care is looking for an Operations Manager for its newly started – Ängeln Supported Housing AB (Stockholm)

Ängeln Supported Housing is in the startup phase, and we are now looking for an Operations Manager who wants to help shape the organization from the ground up.

About the role

As Operations Manager, you will have a key role in building and developing the daily work.

You will work closely with both clients and staff and help set the framework, structure, and working methods for the organization.

This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, is solution-oriented, and wants to be part of an establishment phase.

Your responsibilities

Help build the organization

Lead the daily work

Support and mentor staff

Ensure structure, routines, and quality

Work with implementation plans and follow-up

Contact with authorities and collaboration partners

We are looking for someone who

1. relevant higher education for the operational area, at least a Bachelor's degree,

2. thorough knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and general advice for Sol activities,

3. at least three years of professional experience with the target group in social psychiatry, full-time, acquired within the last 10 years.

Has a good understanding of Sol and documentation

Has worked in Parasol, but not a requirement

Is confident, structured, and solution-oriented
