Team Leader in Cleaning

We are now looking for an operational team leader who wants to help create structure, quality, and satisfied customers in the daily work.

With us, you will be an important part of the team, where you both work on-site with clients and ensure that the work runs smoothly every day.

About the role

In the role of team leader, you work practically with cleaning while also being responsible for planning and coordinating the daily work.

You will:

• Perform cleaning for our clients
• Plan the day's work and schedules
• Coordinate the team in daily work
• Ensure that work holds high quality
• Introduce and support new colleagues in daily work
• Customer contact

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured and solution-oriented
• Experience from a similar role
• Has experience in home cleaning
• Is meticulous, flexible, and responsible
• Has a high service mindset and a positive attitude
• Enjoys customer contact
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Has basic knowledge of English (spoken)
• Has a B driver's license (required)
