Nova Security is a nationwide security company specializing in alarm-monitored camera surveillance for businesses. Since its launch on June 2, 2023, we have grown rapidly and look forward to continuing our expansion. As part of our growth journey, we are now seeking an appointment setter for our sales team.

As an appointment setter, your main task is to schedule meetings for our security advisors. Our core product is alarm-monitored camera surveillance, where incidents during alarm hours are handled by an authorized and certified alarm center. When an alarm occurs, the right resources are dispatched directly – police, ambulance, fire department, and/or security guards are sent to the scene. You will be based at our head office in Malmö, Lockarp.

The role as appointment setter is a perfect entry point into sales. You will become part of an advanced sales department where everyone works towards the same goal. Since the department continues to grow, there are also great opportunities for you to develop within the company.

As an appointment setter, you will among other things:

• Prospect & research – Identify and prioritize potential business customers.
• Contact companies & book meetings – Present our security solutions and schedule meetings for sellers.
• Administer & work in CRM – Register calls, meetings, and update customer information.
• Follow up & remind – Re-engage interested companies and ensure meetings are attended.
• Collaborate with the sales team – Plan sales schedules and provide feedback on customer responses.
• Develop & achieve goals – Work towards clear targets and improve your call technique through coaching.

You are an extremely driven and structured person who thrives in a team but is also self-sufficient and takes responsibility for achieving your set goals. It is important for you to be able to influence your salary, and you understand that hard work pays off. Since customer meetings are mainly booked by phone, you need to be comfortable with prospecting and contacting cold leads. We believe in rewarding hard work, which is why we have no salary ceiling.

Previous experience in appointment setting is meritorious but not required. The position is filled continuously.

Qualifications

• You have fluent Swedish in both speech and writing.
• You have a clean criminal record from the Swedish Police Authority.
