Description
The Swedish Property Workers' Federation is a trade union affiliated with the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (LO) with 26,000 members.
The union has five regions in the country: Region North, Region East, Region Cross, Region West, and Region South.
The head office is located at Hagagatan 2, Stockholm.
The union organizes property caretakers, cleaners, sanitation workers, employees in private companies, municipal housing companies, sports associations, housing cooperatives, Samhall, and the horse industry.
At the head office, we are five assistants, seven union representatives, and three in management.

Assistant based at the head office in Stockholm
Your mission
We are looking for an assistant based at the head office in Stockholm. Main tasks include supporting our operations with administrative work such as independently preparing and writing documentation, handling mailings and bookings, and providing support to our regional offices and elected representatives. Work in our CRM system Puma, InSurvey, and EasyVote is also included. Within the work group, there is opportunity to influence the distribution of tasks and roles, which also provides development opportunities and great participation in shaping your own position.
Competence requirements
- Good knowledge of the Office suite and Microsoft 365
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- At least five years of documented experience in administrative work
- Service-minded, meticulous, and structured
- Good ability to communicate internally and externally
- Knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Experience working with MRM systems
- Experience with responsibility for IT and GDPR issues
- Knowledge of economics and accounting
- Experience from work in trade unions or other non-profit organizations
- Experience with management support
- Knowledge of other languages
Education
You have at least a high school education, preferably with an administrative focus.
Personal qualities
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, can work in multiple areas, has experience in administrative tasks, and is self-driven in their work. You are accustomed to developing routines and participating in development and change processes.
Working in a small organization places special demands on all employees. Therefore, we will place great emphasis on you being engaged, collaborative, and comfortable with responsibilities in administration.

Salary and conditions
Salaries and conditions are regulated by a collective agreement between AFO and the Commercial Employees' Union.
