HR Administrator with IT Interest
Description
We are looking for an HR Administrator with a strong interest in IT. The role involves overall responsibility for coordinating planning and supporting work within HR administration, as well as assisting staff with IT-related issues.
About the position
The role is broad and suitable for someone with drive, who works proactively and wants to work closely with the operations. The position includes administration related to employment, union collaboration, scheduling, and time reporting. You support managers in HR and personnel administrative matters and develop HR administration in close dialogue with the vicar and the head of administration. In this area, you have good support from advisors at the employer organization.
You assist the parish's employees with everyday technical issues and act as a link between end users and the national support unit. You purchase IT equipment and support the parish's digital development. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with GDPR guidelines.
You are part of the parish's administrative team, which serves as a support function to enable the parish to carry out its fundamental mission: to celebrate worship, conduct education, diaconia, and mission. The position also includes other common administrative tasks.
Additional tasks may be added, and the role may evolve over time.
The position involves taking personal responsibility and independent work, as well as collaborating with colleagues.
We are looking for someone who is confident in their skills, can plan and follow up on their work well, and has a strong ability to maintain structure in parallel processes. You can work independently and enjoy driving your work forward. To succeed in the role, you need good social and communication skills, be service-oriented, and thrive in a supportive role. Furthermore, you have a flexible approach, are responsible, self-driven, humble, and care about contributing to a good work environment. You also collaborate easily and are stimulated by development and improvements that add value to the operations.
We believe you have an interest in IT issues and a willingness to continuously learn more. You should also enjoy handling change and driving development areas while appreciating administrative tasks and stewardship.
Since our employees' IT skills vary, you also need a pedagogical approach to support and train employees in IT-related questions, software, and systems.
You have an interest in the Church of Sweden as an organization and its operations, and you work to meet employees and partners based on the Church of Sweden's values. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
