About the position
At our facility in Spånga, you will become part of a damage repair team consisting of 7 employees. The facility has a total of 22 people.
We enjoy high trust from insurance companies and often take on damages that may seem impossible to repair, seeing it as a challenge to solve our customers' problems together. Since we are an independent workshop, you will work with various types of vehicles. As a damage technician, your tasks include, among others:
• Repairing collision-damaged trucks/light trucks, buses, and motorhomes, both bodywork and superstructures
• Being creative and coming up with repair solutions
We also share competence with each other, both between us at the Spånga facility and our other workshops in Sweden. We encourage our employees to visit another one of our facilities to share your knowledge and to develop and build your own skills. We want to help our employees grow – for example, if you have experience in painting, we are happy to train you further in sheet metal work.
We are looking for someone who
• Has previous work experience as, for example, a damage technician, painter, sheet metal worker, carpenter, or similar
• Has a valid driver's license (category B)
• Has basic knowledge of Swedish and English
As a person, we believe you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy collaborating with your colleagues.
About the company

Through a broad range of services performed by our own competent staff, we take responsibility for the entire workshop process – from start to final delivery, regardless of the nature of the assignment. Everything is done with a focus on the customer's needs through flexibility and high quality.
Our head office is in Spånga, and we have full-service facilities in eight locations around Sweden. We have approximately 110 employees in the group and a turnover of 200 million.
