Part-time Customer Service Job - Flexible Position on Kungsholmen

We are looking for someone who wants to work on an on-call basis and become part of our team on Kungsholmen. This suits you who are not looking for full-time employment – perhaps you are someone who wants a job that offers flexibility and variety.

About us and the role

We are an outsourcing company in customer service and staff incoming phone lines for our clients' customers. Our team consists of 14 employees, of which 8 are on duty each day.

The work involves answering incoming calls – approximately 100–150 calls per agent per day. The calls can range from contact with clients and lawyers to reporting housing issues or helping someone get in touch with the right person at a company.

Working hours

• Schedule between 07:00–18:00
• 45 minutes lunch break
• 15 minutes break in the afternoon

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants to work extra and is flexible with hours
• Can touch type
• Is quick to read, understand, and switch between different systems, programs, and websites
• Has good computer skills and is comfortable working with Office 365, including Teams
• Is calm, service-oriented, and thrives in a sometimes fast-paced environment

• Hourly wage in the range: 145–166 SEK/hour
