Customer Advisor

At Consort Nordic, we are now helping our client find customer advisors for a growing initiative.

About the role

You will work with customer contact through both inbound and outbound calls as well as emails. The role involves creating contact, understanding needs, and booking meetings or the next steps in the process.

A large part of the work involves handling incoming inquiries in a professional and service-oriented manner, while actively working on follow-ups and creating new contacts.

This is a role for you who thrive in dialogue with people, enjoy a high pace, and are motivated by making a difference in every interaction. Sales and customer service are a natural part of everyday life.

You will become part of a team where drive, collaboration, and development are in focus, and where you will receive support and coaching along the way.

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, communicative, and confident in customer contact
• Enjoys both inbound and outbound calls
• Has an interest in sales and/or customer service
• Is driven, curious, and wants to develop
• Likes environments where there is a lot happening and where everything is not fully built

Previous experience is meritorious but not a requirement – the most important thing is your attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.
