
Coordinator for Housing Support - start in May
Description
We are growing and are now looking for a coordinator immediately at 100% who is good at administration and has very good computer skills.
It is important that you have experience in scheduling within care, preferably housing support or home care.
Requirement for experience in healthcare and social care, preferably in home care or housing support.
We see that you who apply have these qualities:
- Have worked as an administrator, coordinator or similar within the operational area of housing support, home care or social psychiatry.
- Experience in scheduling.
- Experience in leading and supporting a staff group.
- You are adept at administration and learning new things.
- You have some form of healthcare education or knowledge of diagnoses/psychiatry.
- Fluent advanced Swedish in speech and writing.
- Very good computer skills.
- Driver's license and car are a requirement.
As a person, we are looking for someone who is social, cheerful, independent, responsible, flexible, cooperative and has good communication skills in speech and writing. You are used to juggling many tasks and are stress-tolerant, flexible and solution-oriented.
Also decisive with a certain authority and able to handle "difficult conversations" with both caseworkers, customers and staff.
You need to have the social ability to create and maintain professional and excellent relationships with customers, relatives, care managers, colleagues and collaborate with other contacts. The work also involves stepping in as a housing support worker when needed.
The position is 100% at our office near Globe.
