Arkadens Läkarmottagning is a well-established health center located in Märsta centrum. Approximately 4,900 residents are registered at the health center, where doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, podiatry specialists, counselors, and psychotherapists work. You will join a pleasant and well-functioning workplace, and we are now seeking an experienced Medical Administrator to become part of our dedicated team at Arkaden.

Job Responsibilities:

Your tasks at the health center are varied, with patient interaction at the forefront. As a medical administrator, you are a key employee at the health center. You become our outward face and contribute to a warm, respectful, and professional approach. Here you make a real difference in the patient's first impression of healthcare. Your main duties include reception work and other healthcare administrative tasks. The position includes usual tasks such as visit registration and cash management. Booking and rescheduling patient visits. Ongoing patient administration, mail handling, and IT support are part of the role. The work is varied and carried out in close collaboration with various professional groups. You are expected to work both independently and in a team, have a solution-oriented approach, and maintain a professional and service-minded attitude in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Education as a medical healthcare administrator or equivalent. You should have a general interest in IT and find it easy to create good interactions with both patients and colleagues. Contributing to the organization's development and change projects is a natural part of your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Hours: Full-time or part-time
