OmniPlus Field Service is one of our newer services within Daimler Buses Sverige AB. The purpose of the service is for you to be the company's extended arm in the market to offer more customers our professional service. The service covers southern Sweden, but work also occurs in other parts of the country. Our head office is located in Vetlanda, where our internal training department is also situated, which means a lot of travel there during the start-up period. You will have your own service vehicle and receive thorough training from our own instructors. Training may also take place in Germany. You will work from home or a local office in your vicinity, located in southern Sweden.

Your role with us

The role includes, among other things:

· Performing service and fault diagnosis on buses at our customers, both planned and emergency

· Providing support to our service network when needed

· Administrative work, such as creating work orders, warranty requests, etc.

· Performing campaign work at customers and service partners

· Supporting and performing minor repairs for new vehicle deliveries, on-site at customer locations

· Working independently and in teams, which means you need to be comfortable with a lot of personal responsibility

· On-call duty may occur

Who are you?

To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• A vehicle technical education or knowledge deemed equivalent. Experience working with spare parts and buses is considered a merit.
• Genuine technical interest and previous experience in repairing heavy vehicles.
• Computer and system proficiency. Experience with SAP, BusDoc, and VeDOC is a merit, as is knowledge of refrigerant and high voltage.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English. German is a merit.
• Class B driver's license. Class C and D licenses are meritorious.
