About the job

We are looking for someone who:

• has a high sense of responsibility and service

• is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• knows the basics of Excel

• enjoys repetitive tasks

• knows some and is interested in technology, primarily electrical and mechanical

• holds a driver's license for manual transmission, at least B category

To be suitable for the position, you are a self-driven person who takes responsibility for your tasks and initiated projects. In the role of caretaker/service technician, it is important that you are meticulous and methodical in your approach. You should also be open to rapid planning changes as situations arise where certain tasks must be solved immediately. This is a full-time position.

Job duties

As a caretaker/service technician at ILEMA, you will work closely with the training and service manager, laboratory manager, and the company's environmental consultants. The work will include service, repair, and cleaning of equipment, light maintenance of vehicles, property management, and other tasks, large and small, required for the operation to run smoothly. Simple laboratory work may occur.

The position suits someone who primarily enjoys working in a smaller company where you play an important role. You should enjoy working independently, be always curious to learn more, and like to analyze your own work and discuss different solutions with your team. Since in this role you will also work closely with your colleagues, it is important to have a positive attitude and good collaboration skills.
