Eurobus Nordic AS is an importer of electric buses for the Nordic region (Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland) and has its head office in Porsgrunn. The company is experiencing great interest in its products in the market and contracts have already been signed for the delivery of several buses. The company's customers are bus companies in the Nordic region that want to offer their customers a more environmentally friendly alternative in their operations, something they are increasingly concerned about. The buses offered are currently based on 100% electric power.

We are now looking for a service technician with knowledge of fossil-free technology, in this case electricity. The person will support our customers and not least our buses in a good way. We envision that a mechanic with an understanding of electricity could be a good candidate. It is important for us that you are interested in and have insight into mechanics and electricity, and that you are a polite and pleasant person. You will be attached to our department in Sweden, and you will support our customers mainly in Halsingland.

You will report to our service manager in Sweden.

Your daily work will therefore consist of both office work, customer visits and being out on the roads where the buses are located.

The main focus of the tasks will be as follows:

• Support and execution of technical issues related to service and maintenance.
• Perform service as well as warranty jobs.
• Daily contact with customers via phone and email
• Documentation and handling of e.g. complaints.
• Some travel is expected.

Qualifications:

• Must have practical experience from the automotive industry, mechanics and/or electronics
• Experience from heavy vehicles or electric vehicles is an advantage.
• Relevant professional certificate
• Good technical insight and ability to see the big picture
• Good IT skills
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
