Gardener/Garden Worker - season 2024

We employ both gardeners and garden workers. We are growing rapidly and need more staff in all our areas and are looking for gardeners and garden workers with relevant education or experience for seasonal work starting April 2024. Duration as long as possible depending on the weather, but at least 6 months!

As a gardener, we are looking for someone who wants to work independently with responsibility for their own clients. Plan the work, schedule, and then with the help of colleagues ensure it is carried out according to the client's wishes.

We are also looking for those who want to work with garden maintenance and planting as part of a pair or group, tending gardens according to the supervisor's instructions. Together we will determine the level of independence. Our tasks include pruning, weeding, all forms of soil improvement, lawn mowing and trimming, planting, leaf handling, etc.

We work with biodiversity in mind and great environmental consideration, trying to incorporate environmental thinking at all levels and inform our clients to choose the best options for their gardens and the environment together.

Qualifications:

· Since you will be driving both larger and smaller lawn mowers, it is an advantage if you have experience with machinery.

Meritorious if you have a brush cutter license.

· Driver's license B

is a requirement, meritorious if you can drive a car with a trailer.

· A pleasant demeanor towards our clients.

· You should have good collaborative skills but also the ability to independently take responsibility for performing tasks.

· Great emphasis is placed on good physical condition and extensive knowledge of gardens and plants.

· Very good knowledge of the Swedish language both spoken and written.
