At PROTOS, we develop food products that are good for both people and the environment. For us, it goes without saying that food should taste good, be nutritious, and be produced with minimal resource impact.

We have deepened our work in local and sustainable meat production. In addition, we are developing a completely new range of protein-rich, plant-based foods. We believe in both animal and plant-based proteins – the best of both worlds.

In Visby on Gotland, we have our large, modern food production facility. Here we process and develop all our food products. Thanks to the short distances on Gotland and close contact with farmers on the island, we have full control over every step of food production, from farm to fork.

We work long-term focused on development, quality, and sustainability. We also have an office in Solna, which gives us proximity to all our customers and consumers – and not least – many farmers with whom we have started collaborating in the Mälardalen region to work locally and regionally with various food raw materials.

We therefore believe that in our company we have succeeded in combining the best of both worlds: a solid, high-quality operation on Gotland and, at the same time, proximity to Sweden's largest marketplace with many opportunities for influences, ideas, and collaborations.

We are now looking for you who want to contribute to our management team for our cutting department, and who have solid experience in cutting beef, pork, and lamb.

You need to have knowledge of anatomy, product knowledge, production management, quality follow-up, as well as administrative skills – budgeting, forecasting, and finance.

You also need to have good communication skills with your colleagues; the job includes being able to demonstrate and explain, in a pedagogical way, various work tasks and product specifications.
