Production Team Leader in Food Production for Guldhaven Pelagiska

Guldhaven Pelagiska in Kalix is seeking a team leader in food production. The position involves leading your team in daily production and performing tasks within production.

Duties:

• Lead, delegate, and plan the work in your production team.
• Handle and inspect raw materials/products.
• Ensure that work tasks are performed according to current procedures, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics and material flows within production.
• Monitor production targets and report to production management.

Requirements:

• Experience in leadership within production.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Language: Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Advantageous:

• Experience in food production.
• Education in food safety and hygiene.
• Language: Ukrainian, Thai, Russian.
• Experience in vendace roe production.
• Experience in fish production.
• Forklift driver certification.

Full-time, located in Kalix.
